[FO4] Downgrading and Mo2

I have Downgrade FN4 with the fallout 4 downgrader from nexus. I also have the correct version of Addres library and script extender and I'm using" skip next gen upate" for the game not to auto update when it runs. As well as backported archive support system 2 to be able to run mods that are mafe for the next gen update. I'm also using the lates version of M02.

Once the intoduction fo the game ends. As we all know, The game starts with the male character wiping the steam of the mirror and shorty after he says "War never changes"

My issue starts.
"The game starts with the male character wiping the steam off the mirror and shorty after he says "War never changes" this particular scene takes for ever to load. I'm running a mod list of 300+. You may ask yourself " perhaps thats the issue?" I thought the samething. I then proceded to run MO2 with only addres library enabled. I ran to the asame issue but with less loading time.

ther voices are not in sync with the mouth animation and when The fault is decending for the first time, it stays loading in defenetly.

Additionally, Scars and blemishes do not appear on the character when selected.

When it 3rd person. The character is in a rifle state. Even though I got the police baton equipped (this doesn't show in fps)

Anyway to resolve this issue? or is it better to mod the game manually? Should I switch to vortex?

Sorry for the broken grammer!

I trust you are aware that should any of these next gen mods reference any data only found in or altered by the updated Fallout4.esm, you're gonna have a bad time.

Ask yourself one question.   Does this happen with no mods?

The answer will tell you if MO2 has anything to do with it.

For the love of god don't ask this kind of question with 300 mods loaded - no way on the planet anyone could differentiate between a mod issue and a mod manager issue.
