Getting a refund for a mistake

Hello there, I may have mistakenly opted for the yearly subscription after which it charged me 90 USD, this is a mistake for I was supposed to only purchase 1 month of membership
I have cancelled my sub immediately after findout about the charge (which is minutes apart), and have emailed the support with the invoice attached requesting a refund.

When or what is the approximate duration of waiting until I get a reply from support or until I get a refund?

If you've emailed [email protected] from the email address linked to your account we'll look into this for you during work hours.

At the moment emails are only monitored Mon-Thurs and there will be a backlog from Friday onwards for us to get through once work resumed Monday.
