Lower NPC Perception at Night

What it says on the tin. Or if possible, Perception penalty depending on light levels.

Easiest way is to increase your sneak at night, like a perk or trait with that effect.. That way it only influence your player character alone.

If you modify ALL the npc's perception it's a bit too widespread mod.
