Odd: Same save yet rainbow textures randomly appeared (or not)

Having this confusing problem: I have made a save in Riften's Fishery. When I quit to desktop then loaded the save, so-called rainbow textures appeared on the world map. At this point, if I load another save in game, rainbow textures will consistently appear. However, if I quit to desktop, restart Skyrim, load a previous save without rainbow textures and then load the save in Riften's Fishery in game, rainbow textures will not appear.

For your reference: My SSE is on v.1.61170. For Riften, I'm using Jk's Skyrim, Riften Extension - Southwoods District, Riften Docks Overhaul, The People Of Skyrim, Modpocalypse NPC, Manguz Inn with The Rift's Rest. The only mod on my mod list that may directly affect lightning (that I could think of) is Vivid Weathers - TrueStorms. I do not use any ENB. Graphics driver for my card is up-to-date. Rainbow textures I'm referring to look like: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/images/114588.

I have no idea why this is happening and wonder if anyone knows. Thank you.

Btw, sorry I didn't take my own screenshot. To amievil (who posted the screenshot on the link above): If you would prefer me to not use your link, please feel free to contact me anytime. I will delet my post if needed. Thanks.

@AaronOfMpls

Hello! Sorry for my late response and thanks for your suggestion, I'll try and see. Come to think of it, I agree with you, it is highly likely to be a corrupted save.

As for the solutions from the pic's comments: I don't have any map mods but I do use vortex. So I tried rerun loot; unfortunately, no luck there, didn't work.

I also ran into something that could be a mysterious solution or merely good luck: travelled back to Whiterun stable - after a very long loading screen - the rainbow texture disappeared - made a save - quit to desktop - reloaded the save I'd just made - no more rainbow on the map:) My guess is this could just be luck, and if there was an unsolved problem (such as a corrupted save), it may appear again in the future. But because of this outcome, I guess it might exclude driver issuse as a cause of this rainbow mess.

Anyway, thank you again for introducing the Resaver. I have never heard of its existence up till today. Looks promising.
