Aye, I felt something relatively big swim under me and touch my foot when I swam in the large river near my neighbourhood, when my neighbour took my family out there on his boat one time and some of us swam. It might have been a muskellunge or a sturgeon. Edited August 16 by SirCadsimar
BlazeStryker
One time on the Mississippi, I was practicing casting... and snagged a young catfish. It was too young, though, so we put it back and it swam right off.
Inthesaaand
The whole underwater thing seems to me like one huge missed opportunity, I'd love to see a few creators weave some magic down there. Literally an entire new world of posibilities. As to sea monsters Skinwalker21 sort of went there a few years ago with a plesiosaur and a meg, ok so not really kraken like but it's something I guess. BlazeStryker
It is the automatic swap between doing whatever and always-on swimming animations that caused this. With mod-added dynamic swapping of animations, the ability to turn off swimming and (while sinking) fight/cast/shout then switch back to swimming (especially for water-breathers) is the solution, I think. Besides, when you see a fox run down into the river and run on the riverbed to emerge on the other side...
