Delete my mods

All my mods were installed without using any sort of "mod manager". Now I want to delete all of them, but then I found out that I can't delete them by simply delete my game through Steam. I now running out of options and don't know what to do, please help me!!!

Uninstall the game via steam, then, delete the install folder (in steamapps) and any other folders the game creates. Generally, those will be in My Games, and AppData\Local.
