Trolling is easily dealt with using the Block command and optionally asking for help from a moderator, and after that 20 second process it should be forgotten. As for me, I just finished another Skyrim film (shared in Flickr and Nexus Supporter Section), so that's the end of a fifteen hour process leaving me open to cook dinner (I'm thinking of frying vegetarian chicken nuggets) and listen to an audiobook and possibly also a PC game How was your day, Drakefell?
Drakefell01
Thank you for asking I had a great day today, I was looking at more photos of the mediterranean sea, and also some houses there but I can only look because I don't have the funds to buy any of them.
Karna5
10 minutes ago, Drakefell01 said: houses there but I can only look because I don't have the funds to buy any of them In my humble opinion the path to getting a house you like is best achieved with the following steps: 1. Get rid of all debt. No car payment, no house payment, no credit card balances, no anything. This is number one for two reasons: a. if something happens to you where you lose your job or worse can't work anymore, then you will lose everything if you have debt because you'll default on all loans from lack of income, and b. If you have no debt, then all money you used to spend on paying creditors can now be saved. 2. Save and save and save both so you build up a retirement/emergency cushion and so you can buy the house of your dreams with cash. 3. Start using websites to search for houses and prices, and spread the search even to areas you hadn't originally considered. This process actually takes years to find the perfect dream house you can afford, so start the process while you're still paying off debt or saving so you can get an idea of exactly what you need and where you want to look. 4. Once you have the cash, get serious about shopping for homes. But be picky! Don't just buy the first thing you like just because there's nothing better. And if you like it, but it's too expensive, do not buy it. You will ruin your future if you buy a house more expensive than you can afford. In short, don't fret. It's a long road for what you want. Start it now, and enjoy the window shopping until you're ready and find the perfect home for your desires and your savings.
Drakefell01
I don't think I need to worry about retirement as of yet since I am still in my early 20s... But I have been saving up! My plan is to go on vacation to Murcia then go from house to house in my price range that are in that area then buy the one that suits best then move in and have canada looking around for me since I never returned from my flight LOL. My price range is from 100 000 - 200 000 canadian Dollars and that is equal to about: 70 000 - 140 000 Euros as my price range and Murcia has the cheapest housing in spain at €2,414/m²

So long as you have no debt, if you get hurt and can't work anymore and have to live off disability, you will survive. If you have debt, disability will not be enough. Your biggest impediment to a stable and sure future is lack of debt. I also agree that at 20 and even 30 or more, start travelling the world, as long as you're not going into debt to do it! Â Travelling the world is an uplifting and eye opening experience. I've gone to Mexico, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Nmibia (sp?), Holland, Argentina (obviously), Canada, and many different states in the U.S., and every single trip was worth it (except maybe Iowa *laughs* no that's a joke, really). Edit to add why I made joke about Iowa. I went there (by train) a decade ago or so because my cousins in London and South Africa figured Iowa was in the center of the U.S. so thought it would a good place to meet for a family reunion, though they didn't understand how large the U.S. is and that it's still a 14 hour drive or longer train trip each way to visit Iowa. When I got there, I punched into my smart phone the request that it show me places of interest near me. The phone listed 13 of 15 places of interest near me as cemeteries. 1

(I don't wish to look it up.) I know my parents long ago visited all those places and found Italy to be one of their favorite places. They also enjoyed Turkey, Egypt and other countries in the area. For me, though, none of those countries ever called to me, and my days of travel are long gone When the Mediterranean calls to you, what is the nature of its song?
