About CC Fishing and general exasperation

I adore The Dragonborn's Aquarium. That said, it needs to replace the "quests" of CC Fishing. While doing a start for my character, no Line and Lure in sight or read, I found an abandoned fishing shack in Eastmarch and took the fishing rod...

Upon catching a fish, I got Angler Acquiantences in my phiz. Look, CC Fishing is obviously a case of CC content. The thing is that much of if not most of that was shoehorned into place very badly.  CC Fishing needs an overhaul as badly as Saints and Seducers did! Canceling the CC Quest alerts and replacing it with notices in the cities and towns announcing The Dragonborn's Aquarium (No Courier, thank you very much!) would go a long way to making CC Fishing make a lick of sense.

To Become more skilled at fishing, I should visit the Riften Fishery and speak to those that (who) work there. In particular, Viriya and Swims-In-Deep-Water are rumored to be highly knowledgeable.

Catching a fish in frigging Eastmarch provides exactly NO context for any of that cess. This is usually where I get bitched at for how great it is Fishing's there at all. I do like fishing. I HATE unasked-for hassles forced and shoehorned in at the expense of common sense.

I hated it in the bad old days before The Choice Is Yours and At Your Own Pace when saying no had the quests forced on you anyway.

I hate it with Jaree-Ra.

I hate it with Hole In The Wall in Fallout 4.

I hate it with the AE and iwll always hate it, this I vow.

I beg all involved, can the Fishing Bilge to replace it with The Dragonbor's Aquarium and a sensible implementation!
