RHK
Hi, I've been trying to start a new premium subscription and when I get to the page where you select annual/monthly and type in your zip code for confirmation I just get "Customer Creation Failed" as an error after clicking submit. It doesn't matter whether it's annual or monthly, or what browser Im using (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge). Is this something I'm doing wrong or is the payment system down or something?
RHK
Well now it's just giving Oops something went wrong when you try to load the page, and I have had others test it and are having the same result, so I guess it's just not possible to purchase a premium subscription right now
DoomOfShadow
Same here. Guessing it's down atm.
oldbae420
I've had a premium account on and off for installing mod collections, and today when I tried to reinstate my premium membership, the page was stuck loading for several minutes before putting up an "Oops! something went wrong" message. My premium membership was automatically ended around a month ago due to the card linked to my paypal account being compromised and deactivated (I've since paired my paypal with my current card) I've tried different browsers, signing in on different devices, disabling extensions, and clearing cookies/cache. None of those have worked
oldbae420
For context, this is the loading screen I get stuck on. It doesn't load enough to let me select either plan.
Pickysaurus
@RHK @DoomOfShadow Sorry about this. Are you still having this issue? It seems there were some problems around 00:00 BST.
