Arpin282
Recently, I tried SSE's Harem mod - 18 Followers by Toki7 ported by bchick3 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12816?tab=description I've already found all followers in skyrim and they are almost similar to the author's screenshoot (face, body, eyes, etc). But it turns out that this mod also makes the faces and eyes of female npc in skyrim have a slightly strange face, for example as in this picture http://i.imgur.com/wYC7l0i.png I also installed some skin parts recommended by the author to make it similar to the screenshoot such as fairskin, eyes of beauty, ks hairdos, sg brows, and barbarous beauty. as a note, I also installed CBBE but don't know if it affects it or not. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
FelipeMA88
Hello. You can see in the description mod page that he is using for Skin: diffuse maps (.dds files for body, head and hands) are from Barbarous beauty mod, normal maps (_msn.dds files for body, head and hands) are from Mature skin.Any other part is still from Fairskin. Now you will have to find out which of these files changes your faces and why it is affecting all NPC's, as it is only supposed to add 18 new followers. Try talking to the author, maybe he will respond. Cheers
radiusrsatti
Lookin through the harem filelist, nothing there changes default NPC models or textures, everything is foldered and referenced properly for unique character deployment... the mod had all required models and textures already included Installing the extras you mentioned (CBBE, Fair Skin and Barbarous Beauty) change the default vanilla models and skin textures for NPCs (basically all non-beast NPCs), and PC, if you choose a non-beast race the solution would be to remove whichever mod offends, CBBE for body type, and/or Fair Skin or Barbarous Beauty for skin coloring
scorrp10
OP does not mention exactly which file they installed. That said, even though the file list of the mod does not replace any vanilla files, the .esp might be overloading some vanilla head parts. I installed the AIO CBBE version, and its .esp looked fine - but maybe the OP got a different version.
