And also i recommend this fix for light: (if using Community shaders)

Ok. So what exactly you did ?? This need more information:

1. What is your modlist ?

2. Are you using MO2 or Vortex ? LOOT ?

3. What fire and light effects you have installed ?

4. Skyrim version ?

5. ENB or CS ? Any ENB Presets ?

6. You generated LOD lights ?
