draugr and barrows lower the frame rate horribly

So...
I've been playing Skyrim for three years, and I've never had a problem like this.
The fact is: for two weeks now, every time I enter somewhere with draugr or ash spawns, the fps drops insanely, except when I enter the menus where everything goes well.
The normal thing is, for example: a cave where the menu and the game are both slow for me (low-end PC).
I attach a video
https://youtu.be/D9Ut5oURSBc
1. This does not cause CTD
2. I have uninstalled and installed the game.
3. I added these and other mods that I have already deleted.
4. In the video, I am playing with the lowest graphics settings.
5. I saw that a user had a similar problem and the "solution" was to Uninstall XPMSE, but in my case it didn't work.
6. Outdoors and other areas where there is no draugr work well
7. Last point: I miss playing Skyrim

Hope you can help me with this problem.

Have a good day
sorry for any spelling mistakes, English is not my thing

Did you have any graphics driver updates recently?

What model or texture mods do you have that affect draugr?  Especially any with loose files not in bsa's.

I'm going to try updating my drivers again.
I don't have any mod for the appearance of the Draugr, maybe it's some problem with their particles.
I'll be back as soon as I'm done.
Thanks for the help.
Edit.
Well, I have updated my drivers and other Windows updates, except for two, this due to an error that I have tried to fix using cmd, but I have not been successful.
In any case, they are not graphics but security and USB ports. Now I'm really lost.

Update
The problem is DEFINITELY XPMSE, but let me explain:
When installing it on its own, it does not cause any problems.
But installing a mod that uses XPMSE causes the bug or whatever to occur.
Maybe there is a file from my previous installation? Any file to delete?
