i need a simple fallout 4 mod for xbox

Two steps

1. XBOX describe what you want the mod to do.

2. Highlight your description "XBOX Fallout 4 Mods : Climbing with visible hands. For instance. Type your mod description there instead"

Then by putting your mouse arrow on the left of the line; press and hold the mouse as you drag the arrow across the words to highlight the words. 

Right Click on the Highlighted words and select Search with your Search engine.  Google Search for example.  A Webpage will likely appear with all sorts of similar mods for Xbox Fallout 4.  It may offer you a page or two at Nexusmods right back here where the mod may already exist.
