Frozen animals

As the title says I'm experiencing problems with certain monsters and animals (cats and canines) being completely frozen in place nor do they react to finishing moves and are incredibly buggy. 

I've tried basic trouble shooting methods such as uninstalling recent mods, configuring load order and verifying the game files etc. I am using the latest version of the Pandora Behavior Engine; Maximum Skeletons and Maximum Carnage I have no other mods that modify vanilla cats and canines. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running Skyrim AE 1.6.1170 Steam version. Mod manager MO2.

No immersive creatures just Mihail content which is very vanilla friendly and only really touches textures and maximum Carnage/dependencies. Mudcrabs,Elk,rabbits,Spiders and foxes ect work as intended. Dogs and the big cats no. 

I have the USSE,SKSE engine fixes, animated teleport bug fix, SKyUI notes and journal fixes. actor limit and black face fix. power of 3's tweaks. smp crash fix and mfg fix.

As someone who doesn't use those mods and doesn't have that issue, my best guess those are the culprits.

This said, if Pandora works like Nemesis does, you may as well try rebuilding the animations before giving up and uninstalling mods so you can add them one at a time until you figure out which is causing that.
