Reinstalling StarField mods on new laptop

So I got new laptop cause previous one died last week. I copied all the files from old to new using disk reader device. I run Steam on new laptop and it veried Steam files from Starfield. When using Vortex, I got this load list. Game is not starting on double click - it's 'thinking', but not opening window, nothing. 😟 Any ideas what should I do now to test?

For one thing, Vortex still is not yet fully compatible with Starfield, so you can get errors.  Mod Organizer 2 recently was made fully compatible and can be used, as is LOOT, for sorting.

Another thing is that the load order is wrong - the initial load order needs to be as follows:

Starfield.esm
Constellation.esm [If you have this DLC]
OldMars.esm [If you have this DLC]
BlueprintShips-Starfield.esm
SFBGS007.esm
SFBGS008.esm
SFBGS006.esm
SFBGS003.esm
[Other Official Files TBD]
Unofficial Starfield Patch.esm OR StarfieldCommunityPatch.esm
[Everything else you have installed]

How can I edit LOOT list manually? I cannot find it by name or plugins.txt do not have previous entries.

Did you sort your load order (the three staggered line in the top left pf the LOOT screen with Sort Plugins next to it - click on that).  Once sorted, if any changes were made, click Apply.

As to editing the load order manually using LOOT, that can be done by manually editing the Metadata for a mod, but it is far easier at this point in time to adjust load order via the Creations when you open the game if you wish to change it to something other than what LOOT applied.  But what do you want to edit the load order from what LOOT sets it for, anyway?  Once it is sorted and the results applied, the load order should be correct and should not be changed. (Yes, there may be exceptions - but unless a person is extremely well versed in modding, with a tremendous amount of experience, then they should not even go there - and really, right now, at this point in the modding scene, just don't, as it probably would not be needed and would only adversely affect things.)
