Strange Landscape Behavior in Game

Hello all,

I've recently started a project where I am needing to make a new world space. All was set up properly as per many tutorials, I'm able to teleport to it, etc. However, once I add a ground texture to a cell, in game the cell's terrain appears a few units below unedited cells, while placed objects stay at their correct height. I'm curious as to what could be causing this. 

Apologies if this is a common issue, I searched for a few hours before posting here but couldn't find any info. I'm on the most up to date version of the Creation Kit.

I don't know what the cause is - it might have something to do with the cells being loaded and the way they're then edited -  but it has happened to me many times already in different custom worldspaces. Just smooth out those parts and everything should be fine again.
