Mod Idea of mine

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS MOD EXISTS ALREADY. I'M NEW TO MODDING 

 

looking for a mod that'll allow me to start my own settlement wherever I want. no idea if it already exists. if it does, I'd appreciate it if someone linked me to the appropriate mod(s) to perform this

 

also noticing that with some mods, about 80% of Sanctuary's island is used. why not make one where the ENTIRE island is yours to do with as you wish?

                  again if this already exists, I'd appreciate the link to the mod(s)

Which game are you talking about, Salt and Sanctuary or Monster Sanctuary? Those are the only two games with Sanctuary in their name on Nexus, unless someone knows different. Whichever one it is, you can just go search through their respective latest mod list. Try going here for Salt and Sanctuary. There are 3 pages of mods. For Monster Sanctuary, click here. It has a total of 8 mods.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about Fallout 4. That game has settlement building and there is a settlement called Sanctuary Hills in the game.

This mod lets you build a settlement almost anywhere: Conquest - Build New Settlements and Camping.

I was indeed talking of Fallout 4, my apologies about not specifying that detail. I use this site for the Fallout mods more than anything, and didn't realize that I may confuse folks by not specifying Fallout.
