Unknown operating system error

I have deleted every single file on my computer multiple times relating to both Vortex and Skyrim. but every time I install or re-install Vortex and open it, an unknown error pop-up opens and tells me the operating system has an error accessing my "F" drive, I don't have an F drive and have never tried to direct Vortex to one. Also, the pop-up doesn't go away, whenever I try to close it it just comes right back and I am unable to interact with vortex at all while its up. so what is going on?

Got the exact same issue with fallout4 vr was working fine with new vegas then switched to f4vr and now I'm stuck on it deleted everything reinstalled everything and it still pops up

thanks but that doesn't really help me to solve this issue..

Delete the FNIS tool path on Vortex Dashboard tab > Tools in above pic. It was set to expect that tool and is missing = error being displayed.
