A not so aggressive basic needs mod for Fallout 4?

I already tried Advanced Needs 76 which does SO much more that for me is too much more. I have to check my character's status literally every two minutes with only basic needs enabled.

How can I configure this mod to be not so intrusive?

Or is there any recommendations that are similar to iNeeds for Skyrim?

Thanks.

Oh that would be soo fun!  When I started recently, I was disappointed to find no Vault-Tec 111 Canteen, which I hoped would eventually run dry this time if not filled with [clean] water every day.  'maybe add a twice daily hunger for a [clean] meal, or for those becoming more like feral ghouls (with higher ghoulish perk) then some raw irradiated meat.  A backport of Starfield's injury and remedy system, beyond the existing broken limbs.  And, in psychological sciences, according to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the basest 'physological' level of human needs includes love/sex, so perhaps after a few days of going without that the player gets a 'frustrated' debuff, then having needs fulfilled could buff (as Bethsada did in Starfield), plus add some tame tv-like romance-drama and soap-opera love scenes under sheets ; perhaps player Charisma, Intimidate[/pacify] and Lady Killer/Black Widow (ie. seduction) could be checked to seduce an NPC or even calm/seduce a raging human foe for making love not war, and a chance to catch a rad std.  'Maybe trying to find somewhere to shower/bath with fewest rads or attacks of opportunity while unarmored/armed or pervs or worse (eg. dark "romance") where Anyone could be a victim (sweeping topics under the rug is not the way to deal with ramped crime).  I wish I could find a realism mod like that, and Not the typical burdensome "aggressive basic needs".  Finally, package it all in a mod without nested prerequisite(s) full of bugs and abandoned.

I don't use a Needs mod for Fallout 4 - it's in a populated metropolitan area where cover, food, water, vendors are a plenty - and you can make your own civilization to boot.

They just create a time sink where I'm babysitting my character instead of adventuring - with little reason to have to babysit in the first place.

Skyrim on the other hand is the exact opposite.    Can't play that game without a Needs mod.

Everything is configurable in the MCM for Advanced Needs.  So it's only as intrusive as you want it to be.  Certain features can be completely disabled.  And the food, drink, and sleep are configurable to how many hours you want to go before hungry and thirsty.  Look for the timer sliders in the configuration menu.  It's all based on how you set it.

Also, when I do use a needs mod, I slow down the game's timescale so time progresses more slowly.  The default timescale is 20.  You can open the console and type "set timescale to 10" (without the quotes) which will cut the movement of time in half.  It's supposedly safe to go as low as 6.

Unless you go to the extreme and completely overhaul Fallout 4 - Food, Sleep and Drink should pretty much be irrelevant needs the way they created the environment for Fallout 4.

Why?

Sleep:    You should be able to drop that bag you carry on your ruck wherever it's safe to get some shuteye - and there is cover/shelter everywhere.

Water:    You are literally surrounded by water in the Commonwealth - it should never be an issue.

Food:   This is the only one that presents an issue as you'd need to fix the issue of only getting one meal from a Radstag hunt only a few hundred yards from your settlement at Red Rocket.    Functional Fridge, Functional Ice Machine and store that hunt so you can eat for the next couple of months off one kill instead of having to slaughter 1/2 the Radstag population of the Commonwealth just to sate your appetite from day to day....
