[Skyrim SE] Create an NPC whose footsteps cannot be heard when walking

Hello everyone
I created an NPC, a Nord ghost, but I don't want his footsteps to be heard when he walks in any way . . .
I tried to enchant the boots he wears with TGArmorMuffle, but I got no results...
I tried to add different Perks to the NPC, SilentRoll, Silence, LightFoot, MuffleMovement, Stealth80, but nothing, you can still hear the sound of his footsteps when he walks...
I checked his Sneak value, because a Condition in the Stealth80 perk requires Sneak at least 80, and the NPC's is at 100...
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance to whoever answers

Not something I played with...

Footstep sounds are defined on the shoes themselves.  Try making a local copy of the shoes he's wearing and setting the sound to none on the copy.

You'll need to adjust his equipment list and/or outfit as well to make him wear the copied shoes.

Hi

The Footstep is DefaulFootStepSet and the Detection Sound Value is 0 (zero) ... but with no result, the sound of footsteps continues to be heard

Set it to NONE!  Just like it is for gloves for example.  First item at top of dropdown list.

Nothing, I set it to NONE with value 0, to be safe I also checked the rest of the clothing and it's all on NONE with value 0, but the sound of footsteps when he walks continues to be heard . . .

Well yeah, if you set no footstep set,  game will use default.

All you really need to do is Create a new FootstepSet  form (i.e. SilentFootstepSet) and make sure you put no footstep data for any of the categories.   Then you assign that FootstepSet to whatever footwear ArmorAddon this ghost wears.  (or Its bare feet armoraddon)

The only other option I can think of is making a custom SilentFootStepSet...

You might look at Heels Sound to see what it entails.
