DirebearCoat
It seems the people around Skyrim are thanking the Dragonborn, vowing that songs will be sung about him/her forever. Also, the bards at Inns have added a new song to their repertoire about Alduin's defeat. I found that to be kind of cool, and refreshing. Is that part of vanilla Skyrim with the Dragonborn upgrade, or is this something from one of the mods?
AaronOfMpls
It's part of the base game, actually, if it's the song I'm thinking of. See https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Bardic_Performances for a bit more about it.
DirebearCoat
Yes! That's the one! "Tale of The Tongues." Ah! So, it's from straight up Vanilla Skyrim WITHOUT Dragonborn upgrade. It's too bad the dragons are still attacking, though. It gives the lie to the last line of the song, "For his story is over and the dragons are... gone." I wouldn't mind them still flying around, but it would have been nice that they stopped attacking people. Maybe every blue moon, you'd get a dragon that landed nearby you, scaring the crap out of you and your party, but the dragon thanks you for freeing them from the tyranny of Alduin, or something.
