Warning for mod "Settlement Keywords Expanded" removes placable settlement items.

I spent over an hour isolating the mod that removed all Generators and Water Pumps from the lists for settlement construction (except for the most expensive one).  The mod owner has closed all ways of communicating this bug on his mod page (except for perhaps posting an image with a warning).  I read the list of known incompatible plugins and I wasn't using any.  I hope this helps someone avoid the headaches I got from the hour or two of isolating this mod as the culprit because I've only built a couple so far, but I've added lots of mods since then.

I only installed SKE after those tabs disappeared. SKE is a life saver in that it restored those functions for me via the SKE sub menu tabs. Just one guys experience.
