Oblivion mod graphics glitch

I have a visual glitch with an Oblivion companion mod "Dalls_Companion_Jessica"

used in conjunction with other mods HGECBody NMM-ready and CM Partners Mod Basic v2.

I am getting this glitch (see attached screenshot)

Does anyone know what causes this glitch and how to eliminate it?

The NPC with wings has the wrong skeleton type. So either the mod is not installed correctly or you have a mod conflict or may be you are missing a dependency such as the Universal Skeleton mod or something.

Thanks, I didn't see any universal skeleton mod requirement. I installed

the mod with nexus mod manager, i don't know if that was the correct

method to install.  I will try a manual installation of this mod.

Many Oblivion mods were made before the normal mod structure that NMM, Vortex, and MO2 look for.  Similarly,  we don't know if Homo Erectus had an appendix since it was before modern anatomical observations.

The modern game structure for Bethesda did not arrive until Fallout 3.  Who knows what it might be in the far future when the next Elder Scrolls game releases?  Bethesda might abandon the creation engine and go with a warp core or a singularity, but there will be modern mod installers for it if Microsoft allows mods.
