Need Someone with a bigger brain! Mods not showing in-game since patch 7

Hello,

I might sound really stupid but I'm genuinely so confused about what I'm doing wrong here and don't know if anyone else is having this problem! 

I've updated all my mods since patch 7, reinstalled BG3MM, and done all the steps necessary for it to work (I think). The modsettings.lsx file within the public folder are showing my mods, but when I go in-game, they're not there. Does anyone know how to fix this, they're not showing as installed on the official Baldurs Gate mod installer-thing. 

I hope this makes sense, would appreciate any help... As I feel I'm going insane trying to figure it out

Either you use the BG3MM or the mod manager implied in the game. It is not advisable to use both at the same time.
