FNIS error on startup

I ask for help when launching FNIS from MO2 it gives such an error, what to do with it, I don’t know, maybe someone has encountered this problem and solved it. This error occurs only if I launch FNIS through MO2 or launch it directly from the game directory. Conventionally, it just launches from the desktop, but of course it doesn’t look for animation. Thanks in advance and I apologize for my English, I’m writing through a translator.

It seems that wrapper or emulator (WINE perhaps) doesn't support some function of Windows (GUI?) which this program needs but it's all I can say. It would be best to ask author of this mod directly, if he can offer some solution.

You should try re-posting this on the appropriate Skyrim forum, there are a lot of MO2 users there, I expect that one or more of them have seen this.  Get there by using the 'Game Communities' item at the top of the page, then clicking on Skyrim, then selecting the version of Skyrim you are using.  You must join a selected community to post there.
