using unique player and followers redux need help

I don't know what you mean that your character doesn't change, but I will write a bit what the mod shall do and how to use it. You will need an adjustable body replacer like "CBBE" and "Bodyslide and Outfit Studio" first. From "Unique Player and Followers Redux" you need all three files of the download section. The first one is the main file. It comes with several esps. The names of the esps tell you what they do. You will need only one for female player and companions and if you have an adjustable body for males one corresponding esp for males. After you decided which one to keep you can delete the others. I kept only "UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowersDLC.esp". After installation you can create different presets in "Bodyslide". If you use CBBE you could begin with "Outfit/Body" = "CBBE Body" and create different presets for your character, your female followers and the rest of the female npcs. Save every preset and it will be best to give them  speaking names like "me", "Cait", "Curie", NPCs", etc. Now you have two options to apply a preset to the different characters. In "Bodyslide" you will find entries beginning with "Unique" under "Outfit/Body". With these you can create different body shapes for you, your followers and the rest of the npcs directly from "Bodyslide". E.G. you choose "Outfit/Body" = "Unique Player Female" and under "Preset" your created preset "me". Then check the checkboxes in front of the meshes entry and "Build morphs". Hitting "Build" will create the body directly in the correct folder. The same way with your followers. At last you go back to "Outfit/Body" = "CBBE Body", choose the preset for the rest of the female npcs, check the checkboxes and hit "Build". If you don't want to use the direct output path you can create a body in the default folder. For Steam version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character\characterassets and afterwards copy and paste the "femalebody.nif" and "femalebody.tri" to the folder for you or your companions. For the player it would be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character\PlayerCharacterAssets. But then you will have to create the body for all the other npcs in a last step again. All this only changes the nude bodies. You will have to think about who shall wear which outfit and (batch) build them with the corresponding preset to avoid clipping. If you follow these steps and have the necessary mods installed correctly you will have different bodies for different characters incl. the player.

With "Unique Player and Followers Redux" you can not only have different Body shapes for different characters but even skin types as the mod can load different skins for the affected charaters, too. E.g. the body skin type for "my" character" is different from all the rest.

If you don't want to use this at all, but still want to give your character (will work with followers, too) a different body shape you can still use the ingame sliders coming with "Looksmenu" when you created one body with enabled morphing first. Also clothings must have enabled morphing. You will still need a body replacer like "CBBE". These settings will be baked into your savegames.

It seems that something in your installation went wrong. Could you post your load order and perhaps a picture of the weird textures? How did you create the player body? Which skin type and body replacer do you use? I can't imagine that Unique Player and Followers prevents the raiders in the Concord museum from spawning.

You could simply copy the content of your "plugins.txt" (to find here: C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Fallout4) and paste it here. And you can attach a picture. Like the one below. It will be downscaled automatically. The picture shows a structure under: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character in case you have the Steam version and installed FO4 in the default folders. You see different folders where body meshes can be stored by "Unique Player and Followers". The folder "characterassets" is the default folder and is normally used for all characters incl. the player and followers. The mod creates new folders for the player and followers. Playercharacterassets is for the player and the rest is self explaining. Every folder can contain a body mesh (shape). For textures you find something similar under textures. To make use of it you have to create bodies in these folders. If they are empty the default body and skin is loaded. You could check whether you find a similar folder structure in your own game installation.

You  can try the following. Delete the "UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowers.esp" from your Fallout 4 Data folder and keep the other in case you have the DLCs. If not, vice versa. You need only one. When you are not sure whether it's ok to post your picture here I believe that you mean the texture of the nude body. In this case you can try to download "CBBE" to your hard drive, extract it and manually copy the "textures" folder under "00 Required" to your ...Fallout 4\Data folder and confirm overwrite. I case you did not install the converted clothings from "CBBE" you open the folder "00 Required\textures" from "CBBE" and copy the folder "actors" into the ...Fallout 4\Data\textures folder and confirm overwrite. Afterwards you can go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\actors\character\basehumanfemale and copy every file with "female" in it's name to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\actors\character\PlayerHumanFemale or delete every entry in the "PlayerHumanFemale" folder, so that the default (default = basehumanfemale) texture is used. Either way should work. You say you used the CBBE vanilla preset to build your body in Bodyslide. This preset is very similar to the vanilla body shape the game uses. So it seems this is why you believed your character didn't change. You should create a preset that is clearly different and build the "Unique Female Player" with it. Use the same preset for clothings that your character shall wear.

But you have a mod called "RaceCustomizer" installed and I don't know how this mod interferes with "Unique Player and Followers", but I could imagine that these two mods are not compatible. So it might be sensefull to deactivate this mod. Especially the "Player Exclusive Body". It seems that both mods do more or less the same.

I changed some of the sliders of the vanilla preset when I created the body in bodyslide and saved it as "me" what I meant is I used the cbbe Vanilla preset as a base what's happening is when I take my characters clothes off her body goes back to the default vanilla preset
