I was at Whiterun, so presumably winter as I don't use any weather or terrain mods. I'll log into Skyrim now and go to exactly where you indicate and see if it's the same for my game. Sounds fun 🙂

As i suspected you were at windhelm not whiterun can you please remove that last post  ? Because it's burrying my first request and getting out of subject.

That's not impossible since I can't actually see letters. I'll try again 🙂

(I read by word length and context, and you're right the two words have similar word lengths and shapes.)

*Laughs* Thanks for your patience, Quasars67. I'm genuinely curious to find out if my game has the same issue. Here's what i'm 99% sure is Whiterun *laughs*

I took three shots: a) third person for perspective, location and direction, b) first person with normal field of view, and c) first person with 45 field of view. I was standing a few feet from the gate to Whiterun. Time of day was exactly noon (I used "set gametime to 12" but did not change the weather).

Can you tell if my game has the same issue, and if not, should I go somewhere different to check?

FYI, I play at 4k resolution with no antialiasing but all other stuff set to as high quality as possible. I do not use ENBs nor any LOD mods and no terrain mods, though I use the happy trees mod because of the matching collision mod for arrows it has.

Post Script: If I correctly understand your map, I think you were looking East, not South. It didn't look to me when I went to the front gate that I could face east, but I'll log back in and find a spot where I can look east and check there as well.

(Oh, I see you just commented. *reads*)

p.p.s. Logging back in to get a good shot facing East 🙂

Okay I had to fly onto a rooftop to get an angle at the eastern mountains from the Whiterun front gate, but that wasn't a problem. First photo is third person for perspective and direction, and from there I carpet bombed the mountain with screen shots.
