Archive not recognized as a Vortex extension

Every time I start Vortex it says there is a Extension update, please restart. 

If I goto Downloads there is one extension Update listed there when I choose to show only "not installed downloads"

Vortex Extension Update - Halo_ The Master Chief Collection v.1.1.1.7z

So It seems its stuck trying to install this extension.  If I right click on this extension and delete it, It redownloads it the next time Vortex is started. 

If I choose the install option it says "Archive not recognized as a Vortex extensions, if this is a new extension it may not have been approved yet"

So it seems Nexus is sending my Vortex an extension that is not a valid extension?

I don't even have Halo Master Chief Collection installed.  So I don't even care about this extension but the constant errors are annoying. 

Is there a fix for this?

Solved this just now: I closed Vortex and deleted the "Vortex Extension Update - Halo_ The Master Chief Collection v.1.0.2" folder in
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins

When Vortex relaunched a "Vortex Extension Update - Halo_ The Master Chief Collection v.1.1.1" folder was briefly created in this folder and Vortex is no longer showing updates on every startup.
