Help with Dragon Dogma 2

So i bought dragon dogma 2 when it first came out an it worked....normal despite the bottleneck performance, so installed both REframework an fluffy manager in hopes of finding something to help with the issues but then some days later, black screen appears an it stays that way, no sound, no menu, no nothing, so i uninstalled the game an now the new update is up an some say it makes the game playable again, i installed DD2 again but same black screen issue, some say is left over mods from the past versions but i dont know how to delete mod records 

 

can anyone help?

I'm not familiar with modding DD2, do the mods go in the game folder or another folder somewhere else? if they do I'd uninstall again, delete those folders and then try installing it again.
