Seasonal/Magickal defrosting/freezing

For the Dynamic Things crowd, it can be frustrating when you see frozen mammoth skulls, woodpiles, barrels and crates that are separate items and don't deliver the goods.

For the Seasons of Skyrim crowd, it's just as frustrating when such frozen items don't swap out for regular versions during later spring, summer, and fall. (or freeze over in the depths of winter, for that matter!)

For the immersiveness crowd, it's (again) frustrating when you can use flame breath or awesome burning magic but not defrost, use frost breath and frigid spells but not freeze things.

For the sake of argument, Base Object Swapper may be of use in doing what the Bethesda crew could not back in the day.
