NPCs react to waiting

Player stands in spot for 10hr, NPCs should gather around and react with surprise when you finally move.

 

Update: I have a new idea that is easier to make. Whenever player waits in city (minimum 1 hour), loading screen into the nearest temple or hall of the dead. Stretcher by/on bed. It's creepy when someone freezes up for 1hr+ perfectly still and without even moving your eyes to look at the person who was shaking you. All your money is gone if you waited in Riften.
