Demonic/Unholy Clown Destruction Magic (Laughing Jack and Sweet Tooth inspired)

i think it would be cool to have monotone demon clown magic that uses a candy projectile or something inspired by Laughing Jack (Creepypasta) or a spell of a pink demonic projectile that does pink fire damage and makes a laugh sound when you fire it like a Sweet Tooth attack (Twisted Metal). People are more familiar with Pennywise now a days and i want to expand the popularity of the other 2 clowns in media.
