Pellape
@MrPebbles1961 I do remember having a similar issue, but that was 2007 I think it was, when I made my first voice acting. It sure took me a lot of testing in different formats, bit-rate, frequencies until I managed to make it work and that was frustrating and no one at our forums could help me back then, so I was forced to solve it myself. It is a shame I do not remember what actually did work. It is almost the same game, Oblivion, that I managed to get working. Maybe an analyze of working files might do the trick? I do know, not every sound file will does, that is for sure and I sure liked to listen to that NPC as well. I know I will run in to the same problem again, when I start adding voices to my current quest WIP. Solving this "again" is vital. My offer still stands, if you cannot solve it, let me see the files, again. I might solve it, as 4 eyes sees more than 2. It require me to test it. One of those files is still available here at Nexus and I will later analyze it myself. My GF did the voice, not that she liked doing it, as I had to convince her to do it, as I thought her voice would actually fit, which it really do. She is not into gaming at all, that is why she refused in the first place. The first one I made before this is gone forever, together with a sister of mine. I did got a lot of help from AI yesterday, Copilot, solving a script issue within a few minutes, so that might also be a way to solve it and also to find my lost old files. Chat with MS Copilot and see, as you never know. If I used Google, it would maybe have taken an hour or more to solve it, so give it a try. I do recall solving problems with google, is never easy or fast. Copilot is. I really got a big surprise and less frustration using that AI. But be careful, not everything will work as the AI suggest, I had to make leading questions, and correct when it did make suggestions that do not work in F3 fose, but is working in FNV nvse, as I do both right now. I do recall another thing from my chat with CoPilot yesterday, as it gave me suggestions about how to make quests and I did not asked about it, but it was exactly in the same way as I do it myself right now, but still, it sure surprised me a lot and I answered that I already is making my quests like that and then I was told that we think a like. It also gave me tips about what the players require, and how to make quests funnier and more challenging. I did not even asked about that. Darn... I do think CoPilot only works with Edge, and I do not usually use that browser. Edited November 8 by Pellape
