There are 3 common causes for this: If you're pressing the Vortex button but don't have Vortex installed it won't do anything. Same issue here, it's been 4 days since I encountered this issue and I still can't download mods (neither manually or through mod managers).

Trying to download with other browsers or through incognito mode (with no browser extensions and such) makes no difference.

EDIT: Just found the solution to my problem thanks to another user who also encountered the same issue as me. I just had to restart my router. Such a silly thing made it work again.

I tried downloading mods today, and I can't anymore. I turned off internet security etc, and that changed nothing. I haven't installed any extensions or ad blockers or anything. I've got no idea what
