Need help to merge 2 mods

Could someone help me merge the two mods, Friendly HUD and Hide Quests, for version 4.04? I’m only using these two mods and would really love to be able to enjoy both at the same time.

Hide Quest is not Next Gen 4.04 Compatible. You can't use it.
