[Mod Request/Idea] Automated Water Drill Pump For Settlements (With Animated Pump)

i think i posted this idea before but i think ill update my idea with more details.

my idea is a big drill that you place anywhere on land, power it (make it require a lot of power), and once its placed and powered, a huge metal pump will move up and down like skyrim's dwarven pumps in dwarven dungeons. due to it's possible size and power usage it would produce a massive amount of water. to balance it out, make it require a bunch of skills and require a crap ton of resources.
