ipobre
Another one for the long list of "should have been included in the base game but Bethesda couldn't bother": The option to play seated with the headset, controlling the character with M+K. The FREE, fanmade mod for Minecraft - Vivecraft - had this feature and it worked really well. Sometimes you are not in the mood to be moving around in VR but still want the immersion. If this sounds like a promising idea that's worth doing, let me know. Edited November 15 by ipobre better grammar, quotes.
scorrp10
Keyboard already works 100% in VR - movement, interaction etc. I use Valve Index. Mouse works in menus, but I am sure it is a matter of configuration to enable mouse look as well. That said, the controllers give you far better control of the game. I actually prefer to play seated, and I am not really 'moving through VR' - all my motion is done via controllers. The problem, however, is that when in VR, you can't see the keyboard, so hitting the right keys wit ha headset on can be quite tricky.
