S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 - easy (?) voiceover mod

So the english voiceover is kind of bad and at the same time it is also quite annoying to read all conversations. Making a new voiceover would of course be a huge job but a quick fix might possibly be to have a "mixed" voiceover mod where all background conversations, npcs etc are in ukrainan while conversations where you actively engage are in english? I don't know how to mod stuff or if that separation exists, but if it's possible I think that would be great.
