restore deleted images?

there have been old images reappering on my profile. Thats a bit odd since I deleted them long time ago. I don't really mind that but I am curious now if there is a way to restore all images, that I had deleted

Can you provide any specific examples?

When you delete an image yourself it's not recoverable at present.

That's very odd. I can only imagine that those images weren't deleted properly when you first tried them in 2021. Feel free to delete them again.
