And did you try saving your preset from racemenu after going vamp, to see whta head parts are now being used? Also, can you post a link to that HPH Vamp Fix mod? I saved my preset both before and after, and they're the same as far as I can tell. The fix isn't a mod. The plugin is a part of the HPH mod itself. You can select it in the FOMOD menu or whatever you call it. 1 hour ago, scorrp10 said: What about that 'Overlay head parts list' flag in DATA - Flags section? Where are you seeing that? scorrp10
Well, that's the culprit. You want to add that flag in there. But if you do, it will likely bring back the head issue. So you want to remove the head part from the female head parts list. I found this file in the HPH fomod and made the needed change to BretonRaceVampire (for the females). I also flagged it as ESL so it does not take a slot. You should be able to just drop it in in place of the original one, but make sure it is low-ish in the load order. Here isa result on a breton female, before and after the 'player.setrace bretonracevampire' command. High Poly Head Vampire Fix.esp

I want to be clear just to make sure I don't break anything. I put the file in the HPH folder to replace the original fix and then put HPH around the bottom of my load order. Is that correct? scorrp10
Yeah, you put it in the HPH staging area, replacing the original file.

So, I replaced the file with the one you provided. After turning into a vampire the vanilla way (I use this method because it's the only way Better Vampires recognizes the change for some reason), the eyes work, but the cheek issue is back. However, I guess this is where the "remove head parts" thing needs to be done? If so, how do I do that?
scorrp10
I already made that change (removed overlay head part) for BretonRaceVampire in the file that I posted. Does the sunken cheek issue still occur if you use the console command? Or only the vanilla way? What options did you pick in the FOMOD when installing HPH mod? It sounds like your game is using vanilla racial face morphs. In my install, under Face Morphs, I chose 'Expressive Facegen Morphs' option, cause, after all, I do have Expressive Facegen Morphs. Reveal hidden contents I'm not sure if I should be happy or angry right now. I went into the game to try a method that didn't work prior to the new file you gave me. Better Vampires does not recognize your character as a vampire if you use the command. In the MCM menu under the stats tab, it has a part that says "Flagged as a Vampire: PlayerIsVampire=?". If I use the command, the number will be 0, meaning that BV didn't register the change, and that's crucial. However, the mod does have the option to infect yourself with Sanguinare Vampiris. I did that, and my character turned into a vampire after waiting 3 days. Without sunken cheeks. And with the proper eyes. Before: Spoiler After: Spoiler I don't know why, but everything is working now. I don't understand how that didn't work when I used the vanilla method, but now it's deciding to work. Again, I don't know if I should celebrate or throw something. Regardless, thank you so much for your help.
scorrp10
I really was not meaning you should actually play that way. Doing it via console command was just for testing/comparison. Glad it worked for you, but would be best to get to the bottom of it...
