I recently started a new play through with a fresh install for starfield and where TEOTB mentioned optional files I noticed there is no area to look for optional files. Only a tab for downloading VORTEX or MANUAL..... This seems to be across the board with all my games as I chose an example from FO4 in the image below. For some reason, you've got the mobile version of that part of the page, where the tab headings are in there instead. (Maybe due to a narrow window, with not enough room to show all the tabs?)
