Vortex deploys mods in the ~mods folder as subfolders rather than .pak files.

Hi,

is there a way to tell vortex to deploy mods as files rather than as subfolders? 

apparently I can't make my mods work if they are as subfolders, thus i need to move the .pak manually in the ~mods folder.
