Mod for longer PSI-Block drug duration

Hey, I'd love to see a mod that extends the time that the PSI-Block drug gives you, could be different options like 2, 5, 10, 30 minutes. I really feel like the vanilla 60 seconds is too short.

I might be able to figure it out myself next weekend if it hasn't been done by then, if I/we are lucky to have someone else do it before then.

Of course this could be done with the other drugs too, and maybe stronger effect too, like +20 psi-protection, or for hercules +40 maximum weight for 10, 20 minutes.
