how to generate modlist/pluginlist?

i wanted to uninstall all my games and addons but idk if i'm gonna restart them some day in the future. so i wanted to know what's the best way to ensure not only that my savefiles are around, but also the entire modlists are saved so they even work in the first place. same goes for plugins. i hope there is a really good way to do it, bc saving hundreds of mods and so on would be a major hassle.

If you use a mod manager, they generally can export your load list.
