Head and body color mismatch without any mod

Reinstalled Skyrim after a while, same list of mods as always but this time the color of the body and the head did not match, tried reinstalling and disabling the mods looking for the culprit but nothing.

Did a clean reinstall of skyrim and started it in vanilla still the same problem.

I deleted absolutely all the skyrim files and the mod manager, there were absolutely no mods or ini files left, I reinstalled it so that it will generate new files and start vanilla but there still the problem.

The deleted list mod was CBBE, 3BA, Expressive Facegen Morphs, Expressive facial animation Female&Male and Diamond Skin with their respective dependencies

Whose head and body mismatch?   Player?  NPC? Screenshot?   Are you sure it is a clean install with no mods? What is your mod manager?  Do you have anything under textures in game's Data directory?

I had forgotten that I asked here, I just updated the information

Frankly, that mismatch is quite subtle.   I am wondering if that is due to one of the dirt tintmasks.   Got to say, I have not dealt with vanilla skins for such a long time that I kinda forget if they ever were a 100% match.   The mod skins such as Fair or Demoniac or Valhalla provide far better quality.

With the appearance and shader mods the mismatch is a bit more evident, not enough to not play it if I don't find a fix but all the previous times I played with the same mods it never happened to me
