Missing master

I am missing the master "TrueStormsFO4-NukaWorld-FH-Compat.esp" for darker nights and have no clue why. I installed them like normal and selected patches I needed. Where is this particular patch and why hasn't it installed?

I don't see the optional files anymore. it just goes to the download directly now when I hit manual. I found it in files so nvm.
