Download History got cleared?

Hello all, I just checked my download history few minutes ago and I find out all of my previous downloads are gone, the mods that I downloaded a months ago are simply showing no where even I still have the same mod files before it disappeared today. I dont know what happened excatly and what should I do to solve this? Note( my download history before today was around 20000s and today only showing up like 7687

Hello, I checked with download history post above,however there were tons of mods that I downloaded days ago now showing that I never downloaded it, even though I actually download it and ported them into hard drive,

here is my example and mod files that I downloaded before.

Those mods are either not downloaded by the account you're logged in as, were downloaded by more than 30,000 files ago (so don't appear in the history anymore) or there was a blip in recording downloads when you pulled them. It's hard to say, I will pass this thread to our dev team but the capacity to look into this kind of thing is quite low over the holidays.

I speak English it's my only language but I suffer from dyslexia and writers block and bad spelling and memory issues because of Clonazepam so please forgive me just open to messages so i don't have to so i communicate discreetly Pickysaurus.
