skyrim crashes on existing save

hey, i normally closed my game but when i wanted to load it, it crashes ... starting a new save is fine ... until it happens again. here's the crash log:

Hey man, I've been having similar issues

Did a few google searches on the web and stumbled across a Steam forums discussion that solved this problem for me.

Long story short, just grab this mod Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community

and hopefully your saved games start working again.
