fallout 3 help FALLOUT 3 GLITCH (perks screen and choosing how the player looks when the game starts)

Hello boys, I recently installed fallout 3 (steam version) and as soon as I open the game and press new game when I have to select the face of my character this happens (screenshot...) but it doesn't crash in fact pressing "enter" many times makes me continue and just I open the perks book and the problem reappears as in the photo (d).

Is there a mod to fix this?

Reinstall, maybe?  It looks like the textures there might be missing or corrupted.

Otherwise, I'd ask in the Fallout 3 forums here.  Go to Game Communities at the top of any forum page (on desktop 🖥) or in the ≡ menu > Browse (on mobile ).  Look for Fallout 3, and hit Join Community next to it to post there.
