I'm stuck with trying to find a particular .esp file for my TTW installation.

The file in question is "Mojave Wildlife (FO3-Style + No Chanced) - TTW Patch.esp".

Where do I find this file?

Sorry for the n00b question, but I've searched up and down the Nexus, Google etc. and haven't got a clue as to where to get it...

My guess is that it's an unavailable/archived (out-of-date) version of Mojave Wildlife - TTW Patch off of Trooper's Patch Page mod.
If you're looking for it bc of Wasteland Supplemental Guide loadorder.txt, use newer version.

It's only listed as an index placeholder.
